【Product composition】ABO forward blood grouping and RhD typing test card (column agglutination technology, CAT) were composed of 8 microcolumns and be divided into 2 groups of detection units. Each group includes anti A antibodies, anti B antibodies, anti D antibodies, and phosphate buffer solution (PBS) for negative control. The gel medium of all microcolumn is Glucan gel, and all contain 0.02% ProClin ™ 300 preservatives.
