【Test principle】

This reagent kit uses solid-phase red cell adhesion (SPRCA) technology. Its detection principle is to add platelets to the reaction well coated with anti human platelet monoclonal antibodies, fix platelets at the bottom of the well, and react with the serum or plasma to be tested. If the serum or plasma to be tested contains platelet antibodies, the antibodies can bind to the platelet monolayer in the reaction well, Components that cannot bind to the platelet monolayer in the reaction well are washed and removed. Add anti human IgG and human IgG sensitized red blood cells to indicate reaction results. If there are no platelet antibodies in the plasma (serum) to be tested, the indicator red blood cells gather at the center of the bottom of the reaction well, forming a cell buckle, indicating a negative result; If there are platelet antibodies in the plasma (serum) to be tested, the indicator   red blood cells are evenly dispersed and adhere to the bottom surface of the reaction well, not form a cell buckle, indicating a positive result.
